Abstract Submission



1. The short abstract


Participants are invited to submit short abstracts on any of the conference topics. Short abstracts should be informative and carefully prepared, and new insights should be highlighted.

The short abstract should enable the Program Committee to judge the scientific merit of the paper. Short abstracts must be exclusively submitted through the conference website


The length of each short abstract is strictly limited to two hundred words. Abstract longer than two hundred words will not be able to complete submission.


The deadline for short abstract submission is May 15, 2014. All contributed abstracts must be submitted before this deadline.


Authors whose abstracts have been accepted will be notified by e-mail in May 2014.


2. The two-page extended summary (Optional)


If the participant wants his/her paper is further recommended for publication in international peer-reviewed journals, the two-page extended summary is need to be submitted.The two-page extended summary should include the following information:

1) Corresponding author and his address;

2) Objective and novelty of the research;

3) Methods and techniques;

4) Main results;

5) Conclusions;

6) Main references.

before July 1, 2014.


After reviewed by the scientific committee, the acceptance of all abstracts will be notified to the corresponding author. Some selected papers will be further recommended for publication in international peer-reviewed journals.


Poster Presentations


All accepted contributed posters will be presented in two morning sessions (August 24 and 25) and one afternoon session (August 24). These sessions provide the main forum for the presentation of latest research results and the discussion on recent progresses. Posters may be presented only if the corresponding short abstract has been accepted and if at least one of the authors listed has registered for the conference. Registered posters will be assigned a code indicating the day of presentation and the board at which it should be displayed. The posters may be set up after 09:00 on the day of presentation and must be removed by the author before 08:30 on the following morning.
